Used IBC (Intermediate Bulk Containers) totes are portable bulk containers that meet the transportation requirements for corrosive and flammable chemicals.  Tanks measure 40” wide x 48” long x 48” tall and weigh approximately 100 lbs.

These used IBC totes are designed to save space by stacking on top of one another within the warehouse.

Used IBC totes are reinforced with a wrap-resistant tubular steel jacket, and internal corner guards to protect the inner container.  Filling is done quickly and efficiently with a 2” valve and threaded lid.

Used IBC totes are re-usable industrial containers that are able to provide easy transportation and storage of liquids, granulated substances (e.g. chemicals, food ingredients, solvents, pharmaceuticals, etc. when compared to other types of containers or barrels.

Most IBC or intermediate bulk containers are stackable because they are mounted on a pallet that is designed to be moved by a forklift. (click here to view entire article)
