By placing an order on our website, customers agree that all online orders are subject to American Surplus Terms of Service.

Residential Customers Please Note:
Most of our products ship on pallets via flatbed or box truck and require a forklift and loading dock to unload.
We have trouble economically shipping to residential addresses due to freight companies charging extra fees to do so.
If you have an account with a preferred carrier, please provide it at time of order.
As an alternative to shipping, you are more than welcome to pickup from our facility in Rhode Island at no additional cost.

At this time, American Surplus only ships to addresses within the United States and Canada.
International customers must have arrangements with a freight forwarder to have their order shipped outside the United States from a domestic port and are solely responsible for customs arrangements as well as any applicable taxes, fees, duties, foreign and domestic tariffs, and export costs.
