Used Conveyor Stands

Conveyor stands, also known as conveyor supporting stands or h-stands, help to efficiently strengthen parallel transportation over long distances. Conveyor support stands load capacity must be greater than the weight of the conveyor so items can be supported when being transported throughout a facility. Conveyor stands can be adjusted vertically. Table legs are made with heavy duty channel construction for permanent conveyor support. By including conveyor supports you’ll be able to greatly increase the overall capacity of the conveyor. Conveyor stands are often seen in packaging areas, warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing, and assembly facilities. American Surplus offers a variety of sizes and capacities of used conveyor stands and supports to best fit your conveyor system. Our current stock features ceiling hangers, H-Stands, multi-tier stands, pick module stands, and tripod conveyor stands.

About Conveyor Stands

Conveyor stands, often referred to as support stands or legs, form the sturdy foundation that underpins the seamless operation of conveyor systems. These unassuming yet indispensable components play a vital role in maintaining the structural integrity and optimal functioning of conveyors. Crafted from durable materials such as steel or aluminum, conveyor stands are engineered to withstand the weight of both the conveyor itself and the loads it transports, ensuring stability and longevity in various material handling environments.

H-stands are ideal when using skate wheel conveyor or roller conveyors, allowing for floor anchoring to create permanent stability. ASI can custom make used conveyor stands to suit your specific material handling needs. Call us today!

Tripod stand are great temporary stands. They do not require an anchor into the floor so they can be easily moved when they need to be. Used with Flexible Conveyors they can help easily load and unload large truckloads of products.

Ceiling hanger supports are great when floor space is at a minimum. By attaching the supports to either a ceiling or the bottom of a mezzanine you can save valuable floor space that can be used for many other purposes.

The multi-tier stands can help when you need multiple lines of conveyor to run over the same space. You can mount two or more lines of conveyor directly over each other using just one stand instead of having to use both ceiling hangers and H-stands.

Pick Module stands are fairly self-explanatory. They are to be used when you have a pick module system you would like to run. Down the middle of the stand would be a Powered Conveyor. Then running on both sides of of the powered would be Gravity Conveyor to complete the Pick Module system.
