Conveyor gates, also known as conveyor gates or pop-up gates, are pivotal components within conveyor systems that provide controlled access points for material flow. A manual conveyor gate, sometimes referred to as hinged gate conveyor, are available with either rollers or skatewheels depending on your preferences. These conveyor gates are typically affixed with a handle to make opening easy. Simply use the handle to pull up and raise the section of conveyor to allow passage.

Power and spring-loaded conveyor gates are essentially the same thing. Both feature a mechanism to allow for easier lifting with a mechanism allowing for simple spring-assisted maneuvering. This is useful as longer gated sections can become heavy and difficult to lift. The only real difference between power and spring-loaded is that a power conveyor gate features a section of powered conveyor instead of standard gravity.
