Standard gravity carton flow rack systems experience frequent problems. Wheels can pop off, tracks can fall out, and constant repairs and re-profiling wastes time and money. In applications where minimal downtime is required, Interoll’s Carton Versi Flow beds are designed to provide total storage flexibility without issues.
Carton Versi Flow features larger, wider, and stronger wheels than the skatewheels found on standard carton flow racking systems. This larger diameter allows for freer flow of product as lower pitch, reducing height of top shelf elevation, making shelf restocking quicker and easier. Steel axles, channels, and connections make Carton Versi Flow a stronger and more durable choice than other competing solutions which may use weaker materials. Carton Versi Flow’s universal wheel beds allow for total storage flexibility with no slotting limitations, offering the ability to store different products without re-profiling.
