D-bars, also called loop dividers, are similar to M-bars in that they are designed to facilitate vertical storage, they just utilize a different shape to do so. A D-bar can be added at the top and bottom of a bay of pallet rack to achieve the same effect as an M-bar while maintaining a lower profile. D-bars come in a wide range of sizes, are as deep as a standard pallet rack, and are equipped with either one or two brackets, depending on the size.
