Our new 20′ x 20′ inplant offices are in stock. This 400 sq. ft. prefabricated office creates quiet, climate-controlled workspace inside your distribution center or manufacturing plant without traditional construction. Also called modular offices, it works well as a large multi-room office that can be subdivided for admin, conference, and secure areas. The price shown is for a complete four-wall office; two- and three-wall units are available upon request.

What’s included with this modular office

• 1 door, 9 lights, drop ceiling, and a used dust cover kit, with aluminum die-cast post connections for structural wall and ceiling support.
• Door can be placed anywhere in the layout, with room to add interior partitions for separate rooms.
• Additional doors and windows sold separately to subdivide the floor into offices, conference areas, and secure rooms.
• AC cutout available on request for your HVAC unit.
• Standard 8’ walls (ECONO-200 / E-200 Series built from 4’ x 8’ panels); 10’ wall heights available by request.
