R-Connect, available (not included) for this machine was developed to provide usage and performance data via the cloud puts performance monitoring & optimization
Control panel combines the Master Jog Dial with graphic display with intuitive icons to make it simple to set up and to select the correct wrapping parameters for each of your loads.
The PGS film carriage is fixed gear 250% power pre-stretch and the force to load (tension) is controlled by a strain gauge, adjusted on the control panel.
Low thickness basement compatible with the Masterplat and Rotoplat range. Manage an easy loading with manual transpallet.

MASTERPLAT Semi-Automatic Stretch Wrapper Machine are easy to install and operate. This wrapper comes with productivity improving standards like a Self-Learning Wrap Program. The turntable has a 4,400 lb. capacity with a production rate up to 30 loads per hour.Equipped with standard safety features like a Roll Carriage Anti Fall Device & Roll Carriage Safety Stop, and a 65″ diameter diamond plated steel turntable that stops your load from shifting during the wrapping process. It accommodates the standard 40″ X 48″ pallet decreasing the threat of product damage or worker injury from overhang.
