Explore used pallet flow equipment from an American Surplus liquidation project in Shelby Township, Michigan! This project features a full-width pallet flow system configured for 1,350 pallet positions across 18 lanes, each 15 pallets deep and 5 levels high. Alongside that storage configuration, the component inventory brings together teardrop frames, gravity conveyor sections, beams, brakes, and splice kits for warehouse operators considering a pallet flow project.
Pallet flow storage uses gravity to move pallets along inclined lanes toward the picking face. By storing pallets several positions deep, this approach can increase storage density and reduce the aisle space needed compared with individually accessible pallet positions. When pallets are loaded at one end and unloaded from the opposite end, pallet flow supports first-in, first-out (FIFO) rotation, helping warehouse teams keep product moving in sequence.
The component inventory includes 110 used teardrop frames measuring 48" x 240" and 42 measuring 52" x 240", along with 650 used gravity conveyor sections measuring 54" x 85". Another 1,260 used bolt beams measuring 56" long round out the listed frame, conveyor, and beam components. These individual component quantities complement the system’s 1,350-position layout described above.
Also included in the component inventory are 990 conveyor brakes and 1,260 conveyor bed splice kits. Pallet flow is commonly considered for repetitive palletized storage, such as food and beverage distribution, packaged consumer goods, and manufacturing supplies. For operations handling multiple pallets of the same product, dedicated flow lanes can help organize replenishment and picking while making productive use of warehouse depth.
