Used Pallet Flow Racks

Used pallet flow rack with flow rails utilizes gravity to move pallets into position. Pallets of product move forward by gravity when pallets are removed from the front. As a pallet is picked from the front, the remaining pallets move forward. Used pallet flow rack is stocked from the back and picked from the front. The system has built in brakes, or speed controllers, to allow rolling pallets to roll down the lane thereby preventing product damage. Pallet rack rails can be retrofitted to any existing pallet rack system to become a more efficient storage area. This high-density storage system saves space. Pallets are stored back to back up to six pallets deep. Used pallet flow rack utilizes the FIFO (first in, first out) method of inventory. Used pallet flow rack is for applications that store perishable or date sensitive products. Flow rails can also be mounted on mezzanine decking or at ground level to manually convey pallets.
