Used carton flow racks are ideal for warehouses that frequently require inventory selection by the piece, or in less-than-full-carton quantities. Used carton flow racks can be configured in a variety of systems to solve your particular handling needs. The main system consists of multiple bays of gravity rack frames and shelves. Cartons are loaded from the back and then travel on gravity rollers. Used carton flow rack guides can be set up to handle different size cartons.

Store the same amount of product in half the space with used carton flow rack. Increase the number for picks while decreasing the walking distance between racks. Product is better organized and easier to find.

PALLET STORAGE ABOVE

Use the space above the flow rack for overstock pallet storage with easy to install pallet bars, only $40/set.

Pallet Rack Rollers provide lanes with a continuous downward movement using a gravity fed rear load design. Product is loaded in the back while items are picked from the front.

Carton Flow Impact Trays provide a landing point for product. Product is placed on the tray which allows the product to roll into the lane instead of dropping onto the rack. Impact trays protect product from damage.

Carton flow rack carts are mobile gravity workstations ideal for warehouses that have multiple picking stations.
