Used rivet rack shelving is a general purpose shelving system that is extremely quick and easy to assemble. Also known as bolt-less shelving, rivet rack shelving does not use clips or bolts, making it easy to assemble with no tools necessary. This style is ideal for hand loading operations, and is accessible on all four sides because it is an open style of shelving.

Rivet rack is assembled by securing beams to the uprights via “buttons” that are on the beams itself, meaning there are no bolts or clips. The two common styles are single and double rivet beams. Single rivet has one row of buttons to secure to the uprights, whereas double rivet beams have two rows of buttons for a much more heavy duty structure with a higher weight capacity. Single rivet beams make for a lower weight capacity, but maximizes shelf height because the beams are much thinner.

Used rivet rack shelving is also universal, meaning there is no front or back, left or right. This makes assembly extremely efficient because shelves and beams do not have to be sorted and positioned correctly. The shelves themselves can be wood, metal, wire, steel, or particle board depending on your application.

Why buy used rivet rack shelving? New shelving can be very expensive, and depending on your warehouse or storage facility, you might need a good amount of it. If used rivet rack shelving is just as safe, looks close to new, and is in good working condition, why pay extra to get the same thing? Used rivet rack shelving from ASI has been inspected and cleaned prior to packaging and shipment. We stand behind our used products because we want to save you money while still providing you with top quality equipment.
