Used Ball Transfer Conveyor Guarantee
American Surplus, Inc. offers a guarantee on pre-owned conveyors with a 30-day parts only replacement. If, within 30 days from receipt of conveyor equipment, any part is found defective, American Surplus will provide another pre-owned part, at no cost to the purchaser.
This guarantee does not include parts damaged by the purchaser, trucking carrier, or improper installation. (Equipment that arrives damaged must be signed for as damaged and the purchaser must file a claim with carrier). American Surplus will not be responsible for any freight charges and will not accept collect returns.
This guarantee is meant to serve as “peace of mind” that the equipment you purchase from American Surplus is in good running condition. Typically, if a problem is to exist, it will be identified in the first week of operation. Our goal is to make sure that what you purchase is what you receive. |
