Shipping Options
Orders can be shipped by your contracted carrier as a convenience to you. All shipping charges are in addition to the original order total. Shipping costs are based on weight and size of product after packaging.
For the 48 contiguous United States, American Surplus offers a variety of carrier options:
Less Than Truck Load (LTL) – Shipments that occupy less than the entire truck can be shipped using our FAK (freight all kinds) and 80+% discounts provided your company does not have an account with our carriers.
Truck Load – ASI has a network of 30+ brokers to help get you the best freight price.
For an estimated shipping date please see the “order confirmation” form emailed to you after your order was placed.
All orders will require someone to sign for them.
In-Warehouse Pickup
Your order will be packaged and ready for pickup at our location from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. Our in-warehouse location is Door #38 at 1 Noyes Avenue, East Providence, RI.
Shipping Time
The “expected ship date” shown on the “confirmation page” is an estimate of when the product will ship. The date may be affected by changes to the original order, workload, shipping method chosen or payment verification.
FOB - Freight on board is always ASI unless specified.
Unloading - Always the responsiblity of the customer.
