If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or merchandise credit, subject to Return Authorization from ASI. All custom orders are neither returnable or refundable. Please call our Customer Service Department at 800-876-3736. All returns are subject to a restocking fee. In addition, original delivery charges and return shipping charges of non-defective products are the customer’s responsibility.
Buyer should examine shipment for any evidence of damage done in transit. Buyer must have delivering carrier make appropriate notation on the freight bill before Buyer signs it. Any claim or damage in transit must be filed with the delivering carrier within three days of delivery. ASI will not accept returns of merchandise damaged in transit.
All returns must be packed in an outer shipping carton with valid RA# written on the outside of the shipping carton.
Our Returns Receiving Department will refuse any package that does not have a valid RA#. There are no exceptions.
Please ship your parcel back to us Freight Prepaid. We cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments.
