HOW TO SETUP YOUR PALLET RACK SYSTEM: Selecting a Pallet Beam:
A Determine the beam length as follows: B. Determine the upright frame capacity as follows:
Multiply the number of pallets x width of pallets. total the weights of all the loads to be stored on all the beam
Add the clearance between each pallet and upright. levels between a pair of uprights.

Selecting an Upright Frame: Determine upright frame depth as follows:
A Determine upright frame height as follows: Depth of the frame is related to how deep the load is from the aisle face.
1. Multiply load height x number of loads high (exclude Load depth (into the rack) less 6” to allow 3” pallet
top load).A ____ overhang on front and back of shelf assembly.
